The APA's Equalizer scoring and handicap method is designed to engage honest competition and play.  Sandbagging is considered an unethical practice that will not be tolerated. If a player and/or team is suspected of sandbagging, that player and/or team will be investigated.  If it is determined that a player and/or team is guilty of sandbagging, the Executive Board of Governors has the discretion to impose the following penalities:
1.  Raising the handicaps of the guilty player(s);
2.  Suspension for the remainder of the league year; and/or
3.  Expulsion from the APA of South Jersey.

Attached is a brief summary of the Anti-Sandbagging Measures enforced by the APA of South Jersey.
